Warm Spaces In Birkdale
These chilly winter months can be particularly harsh for those who are struggling financially. With the cold temperatures outside and a lack of resources to keep warm indoors.
But people don't have to face the looming chill alone – The Station Masters House, Birkdale Community Hub is providing warm spaces during the wintertime. Located in the heart of Birkdale Village this will allow a number of local residents to brave these cold winter months with a little bit more peace of mind!
Birkdale Community Hub & Library in Birkdale at The Station Master’s House (SMH) in the village.
The library warm space is held in their meeting rooms and will be open on Thursdays from 10am – 4pm. The building and rooms are fully accessible, free hot drinks and biscuits, newspapers and puzzle books will be available, there are TVs in the rooms and computers available to use for free.
