Birkdales Latest Restaurant Revealed

Introducing the newest addition to Birkdale Village. Our village is a well known destination for foodies and our culinary choices are about to get even better as we can reveal that work, which has been taking place at the former Verve and Rumah site, is nearing completion. A prime location in the heart of the village.

The upcoming new restaurant will be called Coast Birkdale.

This exciting addition promises to transport diners taste buds with their British inspired cuisine, fine wines and cocktails:  ‘with a ambiance which is warm and inviting, and an open kitchen that showcases the talented chefs preparing fresh, flavourful dishes”

Set to open in just a couple of weeks, Coast will feature a range of dishes that highlight our regions best ingredients. Their menu will feature an array of delicious options that showcase their chefs wonderful talents. From small plates to hearty entrees, there will be something to suit every taste.

Of course no meal would be complete without a glass of wine or a refreshing cocktail. Coast will offer an extensive wine list focussing on bold reds and crips whites. In addition Coast will serve a range of signature cocktails.
